The official 15 man Gilas Training pool

I like the balance and completeness (3 per position) of the current 15 man pool (let's face it the final 12 will come exclusively from the group, it's doubtful we will have someone from outside). You can also see clearly what Chot has in mind for each playing position (e.g. Center)

Center: Marcus, Fajardo, Greg ( Post player) 
PF : Ranidel, Jap, Belga (Stretch fours)
SF: Gabe, Ping, Ganeulas (defensive stopper with quarterbacking skills)
SG: David, Chan , Larry (consistent shooters)
PG Jason, LA, Alapag (Quarterbacks who can score)

Lindsay Tait
Lindsay is a 6ft 3, 31 year old point guard from New Zealand, he has made his debut for the New Zealand national team the Tall Blacks in 2004 and has been a stalwart in the team ever since. He has also spent time overseas playing for the Cairns Taipans and Wollongong Hawks in the Australian NBL along with the New Zealand Breakers and played a season with BC Boncourt in Switzerland.
Corey Webster
Corey is a 6ft 2 combo guard and at 24 years old is a very talented scorer, he also has been a part of the National Team making his debut in 2009. He has been a part of the New Zealand Breakers being a scoring force for them in their ANBL championship this year.
Andrew Warren
Andrew is a 6ft 5 guard out of Bradley University where as a senior he averaged 18.8 points a game in NCAA Division 1. Before joining the Saints Andrew has played in the Australian NBL for the Cairns Taipans and also in the Cyprus league for Apollon.
Casey Frank
Casey is a 6ft 8 forward out of Northern Arizona University, Casey started his professional career in Sweden before coming to New Zealand and subsequently played for the New Zealand Breakers and became a New Zealand citizen, Casey for the last 5 years has been the Tall Blacks naturalized player in the National team.
Rick Rickert
Rick is a 6ft 11 centre out of the University of Minnesota, Rick was drafted in the second round of the 2003 NBA draft by the Minnesota Timberwolves and after spending some time with the T/Wolves has played in Slovenia, Puerto Rico, Greece, Australia, D-League, Japan and New Zealand. Rick is a high calibre centre having played in most major leagues in the world.
Dillon Boucher
Dillon is one of the most highly respected basketball players in Australasia having played for the Tall Blacks for 14 straight years, including being a major part in the 2002 World Championship team which finished 4th, Dillon is a very versatile 6ft 6 small forward who has won Defensive player of the year in the Australian League winning 4 ANBL titles and 9 NZNBL titles and has recently had his number retired by the New Zealand Breakers.
Arthur Trousdell
Arthur is a 6ft 8 forward from New Zealand that went to Cameron University NCAA Division 2, Arthur has been a stalwart in the New Zealand NBL playing for the Hawkes Bay Hawks along with the Saints, and was a one time member of the Tall Blacks.
Mike Homik
Mike is a 6ft 9 centre New Zealander who also played in the NCAA division 1 system at the University of Idaho. Mike has played in the Australian NBL for the New Zealand Breakers and also the Perth Wildcats along with playing in the New Zealand NBL. Mike has also played for the Tall Blacks and was in the 2006 Commonwealth Silver Medal team.
Jordan Mills
Jordan is a 6ft 3 guard and 23 years of age, Jordan has been a part of the Wellington saints since 2010 and in 2011 was in the New Zealand Universities team that competed at the World University games in China and subsequently played and beat the Philippines team in that tournament. 
Damien Ekenasio
Damien is a 6ft 4 player also from Wellington who has played for the Wellington Saints for the past 8 seasons, Damien is a fan favourite and a tough minded defensive stopper who is known to slow down the oppositions best player regularly.

COACH: Pero Cameron

Pero much like Dillon Boucher is a very highly respected Basketball player and now coach on this side of the world. Pero was also a part of the 2002 Tall Blacks team that finished 4th in the world championships and Pero was also named in the All Star 5 along with the likes of Dirk Nowitzki, Manu Ginobili and Yao Ming. Pero is currently in his 4th season as the coach of the Wellington Saints winning 2 NBL titles and striving for his 3rd this season.
